Moving back to school next week!

August 13th, to be exact.

And honestly, it might be the best thing for my weight loss. 

I won’t have any shitty food around the house to snack on, like chips and cookies.  When I grocery shop, I never buy bad foods! It’s just that they are easily available at home because of my parents. My dad is seriously a bottomless pit & never gains a thing! 

Also, there is a workout room in my building in addition to free use of the campus rec. So that will be nice! Plan on taking full advantage of both. I’ll probably use the treadmill/elliptical in my building, and go to the rec for classes.

Hoping that once I’m back at school, I will start losing weight again.

Other motivation, my tattoo. I want another tattoo, but I’m not allowing myself to get it until I’m down to 145lbs.

Pretty sure, I’m doing the exact opposite.

I hate it, but for some reason I continue to make bad choices.

I need to get back on track. 

Gosh, I feel like this is all I post about.

I’m sorry.

I know I’ve lost 60 pounds, and I’m proud of that, but I need to get the last 15 off.

Today

Is going to consist of eating healthy and a workout at the gym.

I don’t think I’ll be at 150 by the time I start school

But, I’m okay with that. As long as I don’t gain anything, I’ll be happy. I’m not totally in love with my body, but all my clothes still fit. Yeah, I have some weight to still lose, and it’s always the last of it that’s the hardest. I will lose it, just not in the timely manner I was expecting like the rest of my weight.

Workout = complete

Not as long as a workout as I had planned for, but I did my C25K (week two, day two) workout.

I was a little tired at the gym and wearing the wrong underwear (hello constant wedgies, not enjoyable!), so I didn’t do any extra cardio today.

Better than not going to the gym!

Today was pretty decent :)

Didn’t go to the gym, but my eating went pretty well!

Tomorrow is a gym day! Probably the same as Monday- C25K & elliptical. 

Drank 96oz of water today! Definitely had to pee a lot, haha.

Ugh. And some days are so hard! I just have to remember how happy and accomplished I feel when I trudge through. It always feels worth it in the end!
